hello, I am new to the whole xbox mod scene.. After doing some searches for these problems.. I am still left with some questions.

I have a buddy that has an xbox, I believe it is un-moded.. and he says it plays games in black and white with a fuzzy screen. He's been told he needs either a new dvd drive or some sort of cable connector.

I've seen through searching these forums that the black and white screen could possibly be fixed using Enigmah Video Selector. But what about the "fuzzy" issue?

I dont have the unit with me, so any other information about the xbox itself would just be a guess.

If you guys can just toss ideas my way about what could be wrong with it, I would greatly appreciate it.
