I don't know much about modded Xbox's, this actually belongs to a friend.  I'm starting to think that this may be the main screen that has always been there, it's just missing a lot of options.  Maybe the apps and emulators got erased somehow?  If that's the case, can someone inform me on where I can find information on how to load emulators and games onto the box?

sounds like your evox.ini got corrupted. download a new one from xbins (it'll be in EvolutionX Build 3935.rar) and ftp it over. if you cant ftp, make a boot disc with a file manager on it (such as unleashx) and transfer it that way.

this would work if you had your emulators in those paths (e:\emus or f:\emus), if the emus are not in those paths, find where they are and change the path accordingly

if you had your evox.ini set up a different way before, you can check out the link in my sig to evox ini editing for help on how to change it

yes...into your evox directory. if it asks you if you want to replace the existing one, choose yes.

Ok, I was able to get into xbins and I was browsing around at all of the files.  I can't seem to find the "EvolutionX Build 3935.rar" anywhere.  I looked under just about every folder and subfolder.  Any idea where it might be?

I've already set up a network connection to my Xbox.  After I get the file, and edit the evox.ini file, can I just drag and drop it onto the Xbox HDD via the My Network Places folder?   Thanks.
