You could just delete it via FTP.  It's not really "installed."  The two files that make it up are evoxdash.xbe and evox.ini.  
Why do you want to remove Evolution X?  Do you want to install another dash, or go to the stock MS Dash?  What kind of mod do you have?
Post any more info you see fit.

yes we can help u get rid of it just delete those files like he said (evoxdash.xbe and evox.ini etc) and then it should be history.... u will need to get FTP access to the xbox since evox dont have a built in file manager like unleashx etc does.

u never mentioned if u got a modchip or a softmod... that will make a differeance as to what u can do etc.

im assuming you want another dashboard besides evox? ... if so try using UnleashX (which is what i use for main dash) or XBMC or avalaunch. ... u will need another dashboard if u plan on using backup copies of games u own or any applications etc.
