Evoulution X Boot Cd

I never made a backup of the MS dashboard when I installed my modded Dashboard, and I wanted my MS dashboard back. What I did is I download the MS dashboard of the internet, and FTPed with my Xbox, deleted all my files for my modded dashboard, and put my files for the MS dashboard. I have the MS dashboard, but there are no buttons on the dashboard like MEMORY, SETTINGS, etc. I cannot FTP now either. All I hane now is the background of the MS dashboard. I can steel go on Xbox Live though. I want my modded dashboard (Evoulution X) back again. What should I do? Could I make a Evoulution X Boot CD without having to FTP? I steel have my soft mod installed. I never touched my soft mod files. Please help me!

I downloaded the Linux profile for Mechassault of the internet, then I transfered it t my Action Replay memory card. I put the Acton Replay memory card in my Xbox controller, then I transfered it to my Xbox hard drive. Then I put in the Machassaut game in the CD tray of my Xbox. Then I clicked "CAMPAIGN" on the Mechassault game, then I clicked on "Run Linux".
