I just got an xbox done for a friend of mine, I have a regular guy who does softmods for me.   I guess he wrote his own evox.ini or modified it a little differently.  So here's the deal..

I tried to load a new skin onto the xbox i jsut brought home.  Except it won't show.  

I plugged my personal xbox in, FTPed in, uploaded the skin and it showed up.  Loaded and everything.

I went back to the new xbox and tried to reupload.  Still nothing, I tried to delete a skin (technics 3).  The skin deleted but when I check skins in technics3 is still showing.  I FTPed in and check c:\skins.  And the technics3 folder isnt even there.  I dont know what gives.

I have a evox 3935 on disk.  I'm debating if I can overwrite all of the modded files he did himself and have the original evox files in there.  

Any suggestions would be great..
