Evolution X Not Working On Box

For some unkown reason the only BIOS I can get to work on my xbox is X3_3294.bin. I would like to put on the evoulution X BIOS but for some reason when I HTTP it through internet explorer; it claims it is flashing the yellow and green line comes then the xbox turns off (like normal). When I turn the xbox back on it turns on and off twice then it Frags. Is there something im doing wrong?
