I am running a softmodded xbox v1.0.  The default dashboard is Evolution-X 3935.  I don't know what the person did that I purchased it from, but when I try to load xboxdash.xbe to get the original MSDash, nothing happens.  I have my sytem hooked up with component video cables.  Is there a way I can edit the evox.ini (or some other way) so it will let me enable 480p, 1080i, etc. directly from Evolution-X?
This is currently how I have to change the settings:
1.  Boot to Evolution-X dashboard.
2.  Load Config Magic to unlock the HDD.
3.  Load Avalaunch to change settings.
4.  Load Config magic to lock the HDD again.
5.  Finally load game.
I have to do this every time as, the settings revert back to default when I restart.  I have also rebooted and forgot to lock the HDD again, and got into a heck of a mess.  i am looking for an easier way to do things.
