Yes, that is a no no. Change your computer to 192.168.0.5 and you'll be set.

It doesn't matter which one you change. Change your computer's ip in the same place that you took that screenshot in. Change your XBox ip in the setting menu.
Take your pick. They are both just as easy.

We already said you DON'T want them to be the SAME. So leave the computer at 192.168.0.4 and make the xbox 192.168.0.5. make sure you save that setting on the xbox and restart the xbox after you've made the change.
On your computer go to start -> run and type cmd and hit enter.
on this screen now type 'ipconfig /all' without the quotes and paste the results of that here.

Delete the network bridge you have. Also on the nic that has 192.168.0.4 delete the gateway. Leave it blank. And same for the xbox, get rid of the gateway value, just leave it empty.
