Sorry to bump an old thread,  but I'd rather do that than open a new one..

I'm having an issue getting FTP access when using flash fxp and Evox.
I have my pc. and xbox hooked up through the router, my box is chipped
and I have had no issues in the past with ftping to my box, and as far as i can remember i havent changed anything.

I just discovered the problem when softmodding my roomates box and ftp-ing files to his box, I wanted to put some new stuff on my own and thats when i ran into the problem... the softmod uses UnleashX dashboard and gave me no issues, so I ran the softmod on my chipped box to load unleashX and sure enough it let me access my xbox.
I have all the settings the same, the only thing diff is the dash and I USED to be able to use EvoX to Ftp.. any suggestions?
I really dont wanna change dashboards on my xbox b/c I like EvoX and I spent a LONG time customizing my .ini file to my liking, and I dont want to have to load up 007 everytime I wanna FTP.. I suppose I could just load unleashX onto the HD and load it from EVOX when i need to FTP but its still a pain..

and it seems it IS a problem with a certain release of EvoX and apparently I DONT have the latest release... going to hit up Xbins tonight after work and get the latest version and see if that fixes it...

Went to Xbins last night, d/l the latest "Official" release of EvoX, 3593 I think..
In settings put Static IP to Off, rebooted, In settings the first line (in blue) shows the IP that my router assigned.. FTP works like a charm, now I just need to add all my menu items from my old.ini file.
