hey everyone

to save and play xbox games i go to system management on the main menu and then game management on xbox hd.
recently i was playing a game i had saved on my xbox and while it was saving my progress the xbox froze. When i turned it back on and went to system mangement the cursor skips over game management on xbox hd and game and media backup too, they arent grayed out, it just doesnt let me scroll up to them. Any ideas on how i can fix this problem because now i cant save or play games. Its been a long time since i modded my xbox so im a little rusty on all the terms so if u can explain a little more detailed then u would to normal posts id appreciate it.
