Screen Rotating

i went to Media Center then MY files then NTSCPAL folder and open the .xbe file. then the program ran and i had to reboot. and now when i turn on my Xbox. it rotates. PLZ help

Could you have possibly changed your region from NTSC to PAL or vice-versa? If so, change it back to the region of your Xbox.
