Changing Fanspeed

My fanspeed somehow got below the needed percent and now I have to run the xbox with the top of.  How do I go about to increase the fanspeed?

You could get you the latest version of a BIOS like iND BiOS or the X2 and edit the config file to change the fan speed or you could just do the 12v mod and groung the black wire (the fan's ground wire) to a ground on the mobo (usually where a screw that holds the mobo in place).
