Xbox Live Please Help

I was wondering if there is any dashboard available that I can install that will let me get onto xbox live?  I launched the slayer 2.6 but it will still not enable me to get on xbox live.  Please help

NO WAY when you turn on you xbox with the chip on it loads the bios and no matter what kind of dashboard MS "see" the BIOS and bans you
