How do you transfer files once you have them on your ftp program to your xbox?

What prog are you using to transfer?  Ususally you just highlight what you want and hit transfer after opening the appropriate folder on the xbox.

Not trying to be rude, but before posting this, i probably would have

1)checked the help menu of your FTP program
2)googled FTP
3)checked the tutorials

the xbox is an ftp server, the only difficult part for you would be determining that the server was setup and what IP address it was using.  After that, FTP is not an XBOX thing.  FTP is File Transfer Protocol.  Many, many people use it for many many different things.  You should even be able to use your web browser to check ftp.  Please save questions of this nature for the Newbie forum.
