Evox Using 4:3 Not 16:9, Same W/ Games

When i boot to the MSDash or use the MSDash DVD player, everything is in widescreen 16:9, but with EvoX, XBMC or ANY GAME it is 4:3.. yes my MSDash is setup to widescreen... whats up with this?

Although everything is in 480p
