No Apps Work In Evox

i just upgraded my hd to a 60 gig and when i installed the evox a formatted large hd
and installled the apps as "retail" in the menu everything seems to work fine except all of the app (xbmc xbox file explorer ect) however the trainers and skins and systems setting work fine i was able to change them in order to ftp into the xbox would the problem be with the software or with the hardware

Software. For whatever reason the files might have been corrupted/corrupted as it was written over to the Hard drive. FTPing in and replacing them should do it.
