I'm hoping that someone here can give me a hand.
When I start up my X-box (Modded with Exec2 Chip) and go to "evolution-x" with the intention of FTP'ing into the xbox; (Network cable is connected at this time...)as soon as the Evolution-x splash screen appears, the Xbox freezes. I have to do a hard re-set to get back into it.
(If there is no Network cable connected then Evol-x loads fine. )

This started happening about 2 months ago. There's nothing I can recall that I've done to it aside from installing a few games since. I'd been able to get into Evolution-x before that easily.

(I am able to access my network via the Xbox through XBMC. So I know that it's not a network issue nor is it a cable issue)

Sorry if this is not enough info.

if your using DHCP on your dash it may be having trouble with assigning IP addresses.  Try using a satic IP address.
are you using a router or internet connection sharing?
