Having Problems With My Evox Free-x

I have a unmodded xbox, and i tried to follow this steps:
QUOTE
Downloaded HDD Driver (hdd_driver.zip, and i download the other dlls to run it), bert and ernie (ernie_and_bert_reloaded.tgz, these files came in a folder named "newsesam"), free-x evox (free-xevox.rar, this rar also have two bios files, evoxm7.bin and evoxm7_ef.bin).
I made a hot swap succesfully, and with hdd driver i transfer my bert and ernie (\fonts\), rename the xtf extension of the other font files and put default.xbe (evox free-x, i rename it to evoxdash.xbe). I turned off my xbox. After this, i apply the two points of solder correctly, (in the motherboard), and i turned on my xbox. I have ftp connection. I made a Backup with free-x evox and transfer it to my PC. i add a folder named \bios\ and puted in it the EvoxM7_ef.bin of my Free-X Evox.rar. I wrote some lines in evox.ini (i used the default evox.ini file to write these lines)about Flashing TSOP:
In Section Root of the [Menu]
  Item "Flash TSOP [evoxm7_ef.bin]",@270

...some lines below...
[Action_70]
Logfile  = "f:\tsopflash.log
Info "Flash TSOP"
Warning "Flash TSOP of XboX v1.0-v1.1?"
Progress "Flashing... smile.gif"
flashbios "\Bios\evoxm7_ef.bin"

After transfer the evox.ini, i reboot my xbox, and when the dashboard is working again, i go to the Flash TSOP, and flash it. This process erase my bios and write the EvoxM7_ef_FC_1MB.bin in it. After this process, my xbox is turned off. I turned on one more time. I have my Free-X EvoX dashboard running now succesfully (I think)

Now, i explain my problem:

When i into a DVD or a game, the dash not do anything, so, i use the line i wrote before to launch it (Item "Launch DVD",ID_Launch_DVD), and the dash sets up the loading image (of the skin). After this, the DVD is not loaded, instead, the dash turn again to its main sceen (the screen of the free-x evox, again).
And this isn't the only one problem:
I also tried to "install" XBMC (XBox Media Center), the process its succesfully, and the "Launch Menu" Option of free-x evox (to load the app) can read it (Appears a line, and that says "Xbox Media Center". I tip it, and it makes the same effect that when i try to play a DVD or game (load a loading image, and return again to the dash)

I can't load nothing Game and nothing App or Emulator!  sad.gif  sad.gif
I search many tutorials in this web and in the web searchers and do not found nothing new info  sad.gif
