I had evox D6 EF on my matrix chip.  I wanted to upgrade the bios so I put on the Evox 2.5 Matrix Edition bios.  Now the xbox just boots up to the MS dashboard.  I'm using the new bootdisk 4.0 and I know it works because it worked fine with the EVOX D 6 EF bios and booted to the desired dashboard where I could then access avalaunch, xbmc, evox etc.  What am I doing wrong?  I did notice that my evox.ini does not contain the bios parameters for 2.5.  Would that be the cause?  ANy suggestions on what to do in order to correct this issue?  TIA

The bios checker tool in the bootdisk 4.0 dvd does show that my bios is evox 2.5 matrix edition so i do knw that it's flashed correectly.  Green light is on matrix.
