should i go with this one. it is only 5 bucs more and alot more powerfull. thats just sounds like to good of a deal for 5 bucs more.

Both of those systems appear to have a single optical input port, so you will be OK as long as you don't add anything else that needs an optical connection.

Yes, I'd spend the $5 extra.

And yes, that's the correct cable.

i swear this is the last thing. will there be problem with this system because it is 6.1 not 5.1 or will it be better?

It will be fix don't worry about that in the worst case you can't use the 6th speaker.
