Xenium Led Sequences In Evox Dash?

Has anyone figured this out yet? It seems to be the concensus that the Xenium LED sequences can only work while the Xenium OS is active. . . and that maybe the way to make the sequences work in a dash like EVOX is to edit the evox bios.

Are we wrong in concluding these things? I'm just wondering exactly who would be working on this issue, and how they'd go about it.
