When Tray Is Open, Error 21?

hey i got evox running on my system, but when i have the tray open, and it boots, i get an error 21.

any ideas? -__- i was pretty sure it supposed to have a dual boot function, though i could be wrong.. any remedies or at least know what happened?

i used xboxhdm and ltools to get my system softmodded with some help from team o2x's hot swap guide.
