while playing some games from my harddrive the right side of the screen starting at the top going down to the bottom is solid black. This only occurs with certain games and only on my tv, ive tried connecting my xbox to other tvs and this problem doesnt happen. The gap starts out at about an inch and decreases in size going down the screen, from top right to bottom right. All the games are NTSC and the tv is a magnavox 20ms3442 flat screen.

Has anyone had any similar experiences and solved it? ive looked in the faq and newbie section but have found nothing please help me!

edit: if it makes a difference i have an aladdin mod chip in a 1.6 xbox with a maxtor 120gb 7200rpm drive

bump, anyone have any ideas or need anymore clarification? used the evox slayer 2.5 auto installer v1.6 xbox. Its driving me insane please help!

Same problem here. This happend all of a sudden first with Prince of Persia WW, StepmaniaX, and Golden Eye Rouge Agent after they all worked previously.

There is a ghost imiage over the origonal and a black bar at the bottom 1/4 of the screen.
