Evox Language Settings

how to change language setting in evox 3935 so it will display
japanese text in the skin..

I`ve installed the dashboard using evox slayer 2.6 but there is no
language options there..

I used japanese language on ms dashboard but its still didn`t work..
Is somebody knew how to make it work?
