You could always change that in the system settings menu give yourself a ip address then save it.If that does not work then you need to ftp over a new evox.ini with a new ip address that way and you should be fine just replace the old evox.ini with the new one.

Do you mean slayers autoinstaller?An autoinstaller simply does everything for you put a new dash and all the apps for you instead of having to ftp each app individually that's all.

My firewall is off when I use #xbins I never really tried to use #xbins with it on.

Ok kinda confused were do i go to find the file im looking for? i got flash fxp runnin and im connected and if i was to install a updated version of my xecuter os will it delete everything i have on the HD?

I found the file, replaced it, and still no luck, it didtn change any of my settings

okay, so let me get this straight, when you go to settings it says 0.0.0.0 as your ip? Check to see your computer has a fixed internal ip, check to see the cable isn't faulty, it could be any number of things.

nope, im hooked up to my PC with two nics, the internet NIC is set to DCHP, and so is my Xbox NIC, even when i set my xbox to DHCP i recive a subnet and gate way, but the IP stays at 0.0.0.0, i load up XBMC and i see no feed, so no intenret =[ if i was to reinstall a EvoX dash will it erase everything like a reformat?
