Evolution X Guide Or Tutorial

Hello,
I searched some tutorials to install the evolutionx dashboard, but the only one I got doesn't explain how do I connect the xbox and the pc by ftp and witch files do I have to transfer.
Does anyone has any detailed tutorial on how can I install the evolutionx dashboard.

Another question: witch is the latest version of the evolutionx dashboard?
