Whats your Xbox Kernal? Also, what MS Dashboard do you have? AND, depending on what kernal/dash you have, what exploit do you want? There is a selection of Font Exploit, Xbox Live Tab Exploit, or Audio Hack. I use the audio one, and I have no problems at all.

what bios are you using, find out what your bios boots to (usually c:\evoxdash.xbe) make sure its not evoxdash.xbe.xbe
