Dns Keeps Resetting To Automatic

I have my DNS set to Manual, with my ISP's DNS addresses entered in.

Every couple of days, I'll get an error connecting, kick to the troubleshooting, and find that my DNS has been reset to Automatic, with DNS entries of 0.0.0.0.

This happened with my Linksys router, which I replaced with a Netgear router about a month ago.

Is this a router issue?  Evox issue? MS Dash issue?  Something else?
