Evolution X New Hard Drive

Hi There,

I've got one with the 8 gig hard drive installed, it has an Aladdin Advance modchip and it's an Xbox version 1.6b. It's got an EvolutionX bios.
On the 8gig hard drive it has the Avalaunch Dashboard loaded on there which works fine. I put in a 40 Gig hard drive in and users Slayers evolution X boot cd. I formatted the hard drive did a full rebuild and installed it. When i reboot without the cd i get an error 13. Whats strange is that it took like 5 seconds to copy all the data to the hard drive and then says complete. I've seen this copying before and the rebuild took much longer than that on another someone elses xbox i've seen. I've tried an avalaunch auto install and i get the same thing , takes about 5 seconds to rebuild and then when i reboot it gives me an error 13. Can anyone offer any advice?
