Slaye'rs Auto Intall Help!

I have a xbox with X2.3 lite plus, and i installed slayer 2.6, but when i start it wit the chip enabled i jus get  a blue xbox logo with a red evox logo and then it acts like a normal xbox, jut the MS Dash no ftp or nothin . PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!
