Igr Problem On Xbox 1.6 X2.6

install went fine etc...using m8 16 bios....on all my other xbox mods etc... when doing the IGR it just opens up the dash...on this box it completely reboots the box...any idea how I can get it to just go back to the dash instead??  (evox system settings are video region same as one listed and tsr disabled)  I have messed around with these 2 settings and found 1 that would do what I need, but then video etc is slow/choppy...

Any Help/Ideas?  it is an NTSC region/US/N. America box with 120 gig HD v 1.6 with Pin Header x2.6..is this a bios issue???
