Changed Bios To Allow For One Big F Portion

Not sure if this goes here but...  I just reflashed my bios to executer 4983.06 to allow for one big F portion on my HDD. I had an F and a G before. I reflashed the bios through Evox but in my settings it still says I only have 139 Gigs free on my F portion (I have a 250 Gig HDD).  Is there something else I need to do to make this work?
