when i play original games via the ms dashboard, and have set the video mode to PAL-60, some games flicker, and some dont (like MGS:substance),which i assume is to do with the games. however, when i use the evox dashboard for backups, i cant get pal-60 so i must use ntsc via enigmah switchdisc, but in ntsc it seems that the picture is stretched and part of it is missing from top and bottom (albeit a very little amount).My question is, is this meant to happen, and is pal-60 the same thing as ntsc in terms of vertical resolution?i tried to use avalaunch to set the pal-60 mode through there but i got a damn "cant write to eeprom when HDD lock enabled", and i cant turn it off. Is there any dash that would let me use pal-60?
