Cant Launch Apps

i cant launch any apps... its wierd. evox detects them, but when i try to launch it just stays at the executing screen. nothing wants to launch

its a 1.6 xbox with a newly installed x2.6 with m8_16 bios.

wtf is going on?!?!

Wat version of EvoX are you running? If you havent got the latest, install it.

3539... i just chipped it yesterday... would the HD being unlocked have anything to do with it? getting a new one today

i had the same problem with a friends xbox. make sure you dont have debug enabled in the evox settings. make sure it says disabled.

ok, the tsr is disabled, and i still cant launch apps. i also re-downloaded evox and installed it fresh same thing

i cant even launch ms dash. i tried to install xbmc over evox, to boot that, screen just goes blank. ava, just boots ms dash.... could it be the bios?

Flash and use the 2nd bank of your chip, it is a problem with the x2 chip.  It has been there since x2.0, which was released 2 years ago.

ok, im gonna try that as soon as my little bro quits playin halo lol....

is there anyway i can erase the first bank... i still want to be able to access the flashbios... even though it doesnt work with me controller s.... sigh. i love my smartxx

ok... lol... how exactly do you flash the 2nd bank.... it boots to flash bios even after i flash it. since there is no tsop on 1.6 will evox have any chance of fucking it up?

ok, i just sadi fuck it and flashed it with evox, cause i know there is no tsop to fuck up on the 1.6.. it boots on the 2nd bank now... and for the moment of truth!

Use the 4983 bios for the 2.6 chip.
