Cant Get Evox To Start Up!

Here is waht i did, i got the mechassault gamesave hack did the usual things went into linux set up the ftp stuff. Now i got the bert and ernie stuff and put them in the font folder, and made a copy of the original font folder with the xbox and xbox boook stuff. then i got the EVOX build 3921 copied every file of that into the c drive, then i got the complete signed pheenix bios loader, and copied all that into the E drive. Now im stuck here. When i tried to boot up the xbox with no disc i get that green colored error message. HELP!!!!!
