Can I Reflash Bios With Evox With Flash Protect On

hi
  i have an aladdin xt and due to a dodgy install I had to install it so its always active. The problem is now I cant use the power button to put the chip into flash enabled mode. Therefor the chip is on flash protect. I was wondering if i installed evox dashboard, would i be able to reflash the chip from there?
