Sorry, couldn't figure out that program, so I copied everything from ORIGINAL (premod) C into XBOX C. Then renamed a few things and everything is working. have 3 different backups of stuff so down the line can always go back. Sorry to post then figure it out.
My XBOX pre mod looks for xboxdash.xbe plus it had two font files and a font folder xodash folder and a  xboxdashdata folder.XXXXXXXX
So edited evox.ini to look for evoxdash.xbe for mod and xboxdash.xbe for MS dash

AudioPlayer   = "c:\evoxdash.xbe"
MSDashBoard   = "c:\xboxdash.xbe"

So once I modified the evox.ini, jsut copied ALL of original premod C: back to xbox and now everything works. So how this seems so obvious now. God I am stupid.
