Slayers Mega Question

I just modded my 1.1 box and i flash the bios and all that.  I then put in slayers and rebuilt the new hard drive which is 200 gig.  now when I turn on my box all I get is the green X with the executer underneath it and it just sits there.  Any Ideas?
