Evox Wont Load, But M$ Will.

First,  M$ Dashboard would get a error 21 when I select it from evox.  Now, I got ahold of Slayers Auto evox...  I fixed the m$ dash, but no more evox dash.  I tried to flash my bios/chip but it says "Flash not writeable"  I got a extra chip (matrix)  I believe there is a bios already on it, but when I tried to flash the chip.  The same "Flash not writeable" comes on.  All of this is from SLayer Evox auto.  All my games are still on the hd (120gb).  


Any advice would be great.
