The discs are illegal as are modded xboxes. He's been reported and will be banned most likely.

yea, zelda my b man. i guess im the one who cant read.
but seriously what an idiot, its people like that who think they can exploit stuff and make a measly $5 for the copyright infringing $10,000 fine and jail time.
maybe he'll get busted, maybe not, either way i thought i should try and let the evox team know.

one person already bought a disk (auction closed on the 29th) I sent him an e-mail telling him he was ripped off ($16.00 +$8.00 S&H)
also two other auctions have bidders I sent them the following:
QUOTE
<link to auction here>
The above auction is for an Item you are bidding on.  This item infringes on MS copyright and is illegal to sell.  Also this member is not part of the development team for Evox and as such has no right to distribute their code.  Finally this software is available for free, from the developers, on the internet; so why pay for it?
-nB

Also the individual was turned into e-Bay
pending word from the dev team:  [and a link to the auction re-mailed to our friends in redmond from a one time hotmail (oh the irony) account, accessed through a proxy. ]

QUOTE
Hey M$!! If any of your goons... uh, representatives are reading this I just want to say that I understand protecting against Piracy of your games, but hey man why be such a tight-ass about the homebrew stuff?  I mean I have yet to pirate a game that I actually have played more than once and if I liked the game I either bought it or at least rented it a couple of times.  Besides I want a refund for a game I bought that I think SUCKS but of course I doubt you'll do that.  I would happily pay you $50 for a disk with XBMP2.0 and Linux on it.  That would be the bomb.  If you signed the disk then I wouldn't have to hack my box to make it play a photo slideshow of my kid.  (I love boring relatives with pictures of my kid)

ROFLMAO.. nuff said, shit cracked me up
