Personally, I don't care for background music [invariably just pisses me off, for example the background noises in the emulators I have - now turned off], animated stuff, etc. I agree that a nice FTP would be nice, I use avalaunch at the mo for that, but having something in evox would simplify things greatly.
while I DO like the idea of being able to press *up* at the start of, for example, my games list and move to the end of the list [simplifying scrolling - purely cosmetic in my mind], i don't see a need for multiple columns of games or moving games by recent playing... I mean, come on people, it doesn't take THAT long to scroll through... Is there that big of a rush to start up a game?
I might like something that checks for an update every so often for evox. Again, not necessary, and I don't expect it to download the updated software [nor even give the option for it], just the option of seeing there's a new build out would be nice in my mind.
Other than FTP and possible update checks, I really would just like a solid OS. I mean, start making it user-friendly and adding all these frills, we'll end up with Windows...
