Post Here What Would You Like To See In The Next EvoX 4*** This Doesn't Mean That They Be In It.

These Are A Few Asked Before By Other Members From The Scene :

- Animated Skins
- Music
- Fan Speed
- Ini Editing

Fan speed adjustment in the dash as it is in UnleashX - preferably with the same dynamic increase depending on temperature setting.
But at the very least a fan speed setting in the Evox.ini.

I rather not see those features in the next evox. If you want those features why don't you use mxm, ava or unleash. they have all those. What I want out of evox is a small, fast, stable dash. I want it to be the fastest at loading and lauching, I want it to be the most stable dash to use ( already is but want them to implement more error checking ) and would like them to update their ftp server in making it more compatible with other clients and support pasv mode. Also anything that helps make it more user friendly would be good. Basically when i want the frills, features, animations, etc I'll use ava, unleash, mxm, pick your flavor. But having dash with all those features there is a greater chance for much more damaging bugs, instability, etc. Which is why I'd want evox to take the other path and keep it simple. I see no reason for yet another dash with all those same features. Plus evox also has the trainers so things to make them more user friendly would always keep it on my xbox with one of the other more "animated" dashes.

I would like evox to be able to launch games or apps from cd/dvd's without using the autolaunch. Kind of like unleash x's Launch DVD option.

Im With You mrRobinson But Some Extra Options Would Be Nice, Like At This Moment You Can Lock And Unlock Your Hdd, Format New Hdd, They Are Options That You Take Off If You Want To.

And A Better Ftp.

I would like to see skin downloading ala Ava and Unleash. I also like how Ava's file manager automatically recognizes other XBoxes on the network. Boost mode would be nice too. RSS support would be good.

Just saw the comment from Chefelf. I really want that. Why hasn't anyone done it yet?

As said in another post here, the only thing I would want added is background music (and not like ava where it pops up at the start and says "playing %song", it should be completely hidden)

It wouldn't hurt to be able to change the spinning 3d logo either.

If I want file-managers and that kind of thing, I can always launch them separately... why bloat up the dash with them?

I agree with eulachon. Make the dashboard be a really good dashboard. Don't pull a m$ and try to be everything to everybody and end up with an application that is full of holes. I do like fan control idea and I agree with chefelf, it'd be nice that it remembered what I did last
