Help With Slayers V2.5 And Skins

I am wondering how to change the skins on Slayer's Evolution X v2.5?  I don't see the option to change from the default skin (under the settings menu).

I've transferred several skins to the "c:\skin" folder, but none will show up.   :(  Do I need to edit the EvoX .ini file to be able to view more than the standard Slayer's skin?
