im trying to find the magazine i saw it in right now, and i just found out there is a limited edition Evolution X autococker out, im trying to find a pic of it that you can acctually see the writing on the gun.

found the Evolution X gun, there is no name engraved on the gun itself, but every site i have found has it listed as a Evolution X Auto Cocker

i thought there were two separate guns called the evolution x, but the one in the magazine just had it shown at a funny angle, the Evolution X Auto Cocker, made by Smart Parts is the only one i can find

what kind of mask you using?

what do you clean it with?(that can mess up the anti fog stuff sometimes)

if your willing to spend the money, get a fan that clips into the mask from JT, they work great, i have a Proteus with the fan, hasnt fogged up once

hmm, a fan you say, that might help. But wouldn`t that make much noise? and when crawling in gras, bush and stuff, doesn`t it get stuck in the fan??

not really, it works great, unless a bearing gets thrown out of the fan (you will like have to hit it with a hammer to get it to do that) its really quiet. its almost enclosed, the vents face towards the mask, but with enough space to push air through.

well, im not positive what veiw loader will do, but i know they wont be happy about it, and scince they are owned by the biggest company in paintball (brass eagle), im sure they will find something to sue them for, guess we will just see...

Trademarks are a rather tricky issue.  Most times, companies won't care if the name is used for something else as long as it is for something that is completely unrelated and it doesn't harm the name and/or owner of the trademarked item.  No one would ever confuse an Evolution X paintball item with an Evolution X Xbox item.

Besides, many other things are named Evolution X.  I just did a Google search and found Evolution X vitamins, population calculators, car products, X-Men products, etc.  The name "Evolution X" is somewhat common enough where many products can use the name.  Who knows who was the original user of the name?  Maybe they should sue the paintball company for stealing the name?  The fact is that no one really cares if others in non-related fields use it as long as it doesn't give their own product a bad name.
