Copy and PASTE the network section of your evox.ini here. or type it in exactly.
Also go to a command prompt and type ipconfig /all and paste the results of that in here.

are you using a router, cuz that looks like a router ip addy. I know my router has a different ip than my pc.

have you tried removing the default gateway ip address in pc and xbox?
and are you sure there has`t been any changes in nic settings....
