Burning Dvd+rw Boot Disc

I have been having a hard time making a cdrw evox boot disc. I wanted to try using a dvdrw to do this but when i select evox.iso in nero it says that I can only use a cdrw. Anybody know how to get around this? Do I need to use a different program to make a dvd iso?

Sounds very strange to me, must be something wrong with the .iso image...

But you could always try to unpack the .iso, then simply add all unpacked files manually and burn them in data mode. Just choose a file format that the xbox can read, such as UDF in that case.

no the iso img isnt bad, cause i have the same problem, im trying to burn a game to a dvd-r and it says i need a cd-r/rw

I had to dig out an old 4x CDRW for mine to burn and even then i packed it with isomaker and in nero select recorder menu and burn image to make sure it was right.(cancel the wizard when nero starts up)(burn at slow speed)
Stuffed heaps of disks up prior.
