OK - lots wrong here.

Firstly, you say your EvoX System Settings has:
Use Static IP: NO
but your Evox.ini has:
StaticIP = Yes

Something is wrong here as they should be the same (both are the same setting) - try changing the setting in the System Settings.

Secondly, you are trying to FTP to:
IP: 192.168.0.2
but your xbox IP setting is:
Ip = 192.168.100.10

You need to get the IP in System Settings to show something other than 0.0.0.0 - this is the first step.

Your PC and xbox must be on the same subnet. eg 192.168.0.XXX and your subnetmask should be 255.255.255.0 (this is the easiest configuration).

Use configuration like this :

IP Address PC : 192.168.0.1
Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 0.0.0.0

Inside FTP :
IP Address: 192.168.0.2
User name: xbox
Password: xbox
and Port : 21
I have Use Passive Mod Unchecked in the Options tab.
(I have a crossover cable going from the XBOX to a Network Card)
---------
Here are the settings in the EVOX Settings:
Type:
IP: 192.168.0.2
Line Status: 100/Full Duplex
Eithernet MAC address: 00:50:F2:52:F1:81
Setup Network: Yes
Use Static IP: YES
IP: 192.168.0.2
Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 0.0.0.0
Both DNS ARE: 0.0.0.0
Setup Delay: 0
Skip Setup If No Link: No
----------
Here are the settings in the evox.ini file
[Network]

SetupNetwork = Yes
StaticIP = Yes
Ip = 192.168.0.2
Subnetmask = 255.255.255.0
Defaultgateway = 0.0.0.0
DNS1 = 0.0.0.0
DNS2 = 0.0.0.0
SetupDelay = 0

When ever I change the settings in EVOX via EVOX then go to exit, they always revert back to the ones that I showed you in my above post. If I change them in the ini file same thing happens. Why is this?

Are you saving the setting changes you made. Alot of people forget to do that and that could be your problem.

After you boot to Evox using your Evox boot disk(with the right settings) trying clicking on the MS Dashboard, Evox should reload.  Then try FTPing again.  Worked for me.
