Change this:

AutoLaunchGames = Yes
AutoLaunchDVD = Yes
DVDPlayer = "f:appsdvd2.0default.xbe"
AutoLaunchAudio = No
#AudioPlayer = "c:xboxdash.xbe"
MSDashBoard = "c:xboxdash.xbe"
UseFDrive = Yes

To:

AutoLaunchGames = Yes
AutoLaunchDVD = Yes
DVDPlayer = "f:appsdvd2.0default.xbe"
AutoLaunchAudio = No
#AudioPlayer = "c:xboxdash.xbe" (This might differ depending on the name of the file of the M$ Dashboard)
MSDashBoard = "c:xboxdash.xbe"(This might differ depending on the name of the file of the M$ Dashboard)
UseFDrive = Yes

Also make sure you lock your hard drive.

Have you locked your HD? The MS bios requires a locked HD.

If you are useing the newest version of the Dash you can Lock it from there (3935).  If not I would upgrade to it.  If you dont want to upgrade you will need to read the tutoial on xbox-scene.  There is a long process with an msdos start up disk and some c command promps.

ok i see the lock disabled in settings/info but it wont let me change it.

That is just for information - you can't change it there.
EvoX 3935 supports several new commands to support HD lock. You must have an Evox.ini with the correct menu settings to run these functions. Check the readme or INI file supplied with 3935 for more info.
Alternatively, you can use an application called ConfigMagic on your xbox to lock the HD.

If you didnt fix one problem why are you creating another one by reflashing your chip.
