How Can Flashfxp Recgonize My Pc

OK... finally got my xbox connected and Recgonized through FlashXP... but in the tutorial I am reading it says to FTP the files to my HD on my computer... how do you do that?  I can't figure out how to open up my computer on FlashFXP...

you right click the files on xbox hd and click transfer
