We have hooked up 2 xboxes with cross over cable and used the xbox ftp client to connect to each xbox, and when we get it to connect, no files or folders show up on the server side of the ftp client.. We have tried this in evox and avalaunch with the same results.. we also tried putting both xboxes to a switch and using flashfxp to go from one to the other and it doesn't see to let us go from one to another.. we have to go from one to our pc, then from pc to the other box. Is there something in the ini file you need to edit to have the files shared when running the ftp server?

has anyone else had this issue, and if so, have you found a solution? I notice in avalaunch there is a option under ftp server, for user and group managment, but it doesn't seem to take me anywhere, I am guessing its unfinished or something.. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

heres what u do, hook both xbox's to your router and then get the newest avalaunch and put it on both of them and then open up ava. on both of the xboxs then, on the xbox you want to put the stuff on to it, leave it on the main menu of ava. then go to the other one add the other xbox's ip and select what you want to put on the other xbox and do it. that will work

hmm, how do you mean add the others ip?? is that under the user managment option? cause on both boxes that option doesn't take us anywhere? or are you talking about something else? and with this method, are you saying use the xbox ftp to xfer? or flashfxp on the pc? thanks..

open up avalaunch
click file manager
press start
choose switch to remote
go to the right side
press start
add ftp server
add the other xboxs ip
then connect to it
copy what you want to transfer and it should work

have avalaunch open on both of the xboxs
